MASTER CHEF INC. RETURN/REPAIR/REFUND POLICY:
Master Chef ovens can not be returned for repair, replacement or refunds unless the customer contacts Master Chef Customer Service at 866-634-6144 or email: email@example.com and obtains a Return Authorization.
All Master Chef Ovens have a 30 Day Return Policy. After the 30 days, the oven is not eligible for a refund. Also, once the oven has been used, we do not offer a refund.
Customers must request the Return Authorization within 30 days of receiving the oven.
Terms & Conditions for Returns/Repairs/Refunds are described below:
Customers who receive an oven which will not start the first time they try to operate it, please call Master Chef at 866-634-6144 or email firstname.lastname@example.org and receive a Return Authorization. Master Chef will pay for return shipping and the customer will have the option of receiving another oven at no charge or a full refund.
If the customer receives an oven damaged in transit, the customer can call Master Chef Inc. and select one of three options:
1.) Receive a damage allowance and keep the oven.
2.) Receive a replacement oven and return the damaged oven at no charge.
3.) Return the oven and receive a refund. Master Chef will pay for Return Shipping.
If the oven fails after a customer has used it, Master Chef Inc. will repair the oven under the Terms of the Product Warranty but it can not be returned for a Refund.
If the customer has ordered a Custom Trim Kit + oven and the oven has stopped working, we will repair the oven or replace it, but we do not offer a refund.
If the customer receives an oven and simply decides they do not want it, the customer may return the oven for a refund provided the oven has not been used. Shipping charges to the customer and shipping charges to return the product back to our facility will be deducted from the refund. Refunds will not be issued if an oven has been used.
If the customer Refuses to Accept Delivery of a new Master Chef oven and instructs UPS or another carrier to Return the oven to MC, they must still contact MC Customer Service by phone: 866-634-6144 or email: email@example.com in order to receive a Refund and all Shipping charges to the customer and shipping charges to return the product back to our facility will be deducted from the refund.
The customer requests cancellation after the order has been placed: Once the order is placed, the oven is "made to order". The customer can not cancel an order once it is placed unless under certain circumstances which are discussed between the customer and MC. If the cancellation does occur, the return shipping is deducted from the refund.
Please note: All Returns must be shipped back to our facility in a original Master Chef Box with all original packing material. If the box or packing material is missing or has been damaged in transit, Master Chef will send new packing material/box so the customer may return the oven back to us.
